The Texas Department of Public Safety is increasing the reward for information in a 2007 cold case.
In Aug. 2007, the disappearance of Jim Craig Martin was reported to the Normangee Police Department. Texas Rangers and local law enforcement interviewed witnesses and possible suspects in the case, but Martin was never found.
Law enforcement believes Martin was likely killed and his body was possibly disposed of in rural Leon, Madison or Brazos County.
DPS has increased the reward for information leading to an arrest to $6,000.
If you have any information related to Martin's disappearance, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-8477 or submit information through the Texas Rangers cold case website.
