A woman was removed from a Killeen City Council workshop after she refused to leave when asked on Tuesday night.
Killeen police said when Mellisa Brown became disruptive during the workshop, the mayor asked her to leave. She was then placed under arrest and taken to the Killeen City Jail.
Brown was charged with disrupting a meeting or procession, but is no longer in jail.
