A 22-year-old man is dead after officials say he crashed into a tree and the SUV was engulfed in flames.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said it happened on Aug. 2 just before 10:20 p.m. on Baylor Camp Road. Officials say that Justin Mitchell was traveling northbound on Baylor Camp Road and left the roadway.
The accident happened 10 miles north of Crawford.
Mitchell crashed into a tree and his SUV became fully engulfed in flames.
Mitchell was pronounced dead at the scene.
The reason his vehicle left the roadway is unclear.
