According to Realtor.com, the house includes seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and three half bathrooms. It is a 1.02-acre lot with 9,091 square feet.
The Mediterranean style house was built in 2007 and is equipped with a private dock and two boat slips.
Griffin was the 2011 Heisman Trophy winner at Baylor as a junior. He also went to high school in Copperas Cove.
