A person was taken to the hospital after police said a 13-year-old was pepper sprayed.
Bellmead police said it happened on July 12 in the 4300 block of Blackwell Street. Officers arrived on scene and found family members outside. Members were arguing over respect, police said.
A 13-year-old girl was found to be pepper sprayed, allegedly by her aunt, Marcus Fletcher.
Police arrested Fletcher, 44, with injury to a child-family violence.
Fletcher was taken to the McLennan County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
