The Lampasas Spring Ho Carnival has hit a few snags.
The Lampasas Spring Ho committee announced that it had received a message from Magic Valley Rides stating they wouldn't be able to provide rides and attractions for the festival.
The company is out of San Antonio.
The Lampasas Spring Ho Committee sincerely apologizes to everyone for this unfortunate situation. Please know that we understand that the carnival is a very popular event and we have done everything within our power to force them to honor their contract.
