A third suspect was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation in Austin on Wednesday.
According to the College Station Police Department, deputies with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from College Station Police arrested Johnny Leon III for solicitation of capital murder.
Leon was found to be a part of the planning and execution of Theodore Shaughnessy. Officials believe that Shaughnessy's son, Nicolas, hired a hitman.
On March 2, Shaughnessy was allegedly killed by a hitman that his son hired. The son’s wife, Jaclyn Edison, was allegedly part of the plot as well, according to FOX 7.
Leon was transported to Travis County after his arrest.
