A 36-year-old Waco man has been arrested after police say he sexually assaulted a woman in April 2018.
According to the arrest affidavit, Omar Lozoya invited the victim to his apartment to hang out and have a drink on April 4. As the suspect and victim were watching television, he sexually assaulted her, despite the victim telling Lozoya "no" multiple times.
The affidavit said due to the size of the victim, she was unable to fight off Lozoya.
A warrant was issued for Lozoya and he was arrested on July 11 on a sexual assault charge. He was booked into the McLennan County Jail with a $25,000 bond.
