For the July 2. edition of Central Texas Living Monica Quintero spoke with Walter Hetzel from the Temple Animal Shelter.

During the interview, we met Tom, a 2-year-old Manchester-Terrier mix. Tom is up for adoption at the Temple animal Shelter.
