Two additional suspects arrested for 19-year-old's death, investigation ongoing

Two more suspects were arrested after a man was pronounced dead after being struck by gunfire in College Station on Saturday.

According to College Station Police, they arrested 19-year-old Deandre Lamar Lewis-Hudgen and 20-year-old Dashawn Michael Taylor on Wednesday. Both were charged with aggravated robbery.

One suspect was identified and arrested in this incident on Tuesday. Michael Jaquet Comeaux, 20, was charged with aggravated assault.

According to the College Station Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Sara Dr in College Station at 3:21 p.m. on Saturday. When officers arrived on the scene, they determined that 19-year-old Kolten Howell was transported by a private vehicle to a local medical facility after being struck by a gunshot.

Officers secured the residence then responded to the hospital where the victim was. The male victim was pronounced dead at the medical facility, according to College Station Police.

The initial investigation led officials to believe this was not a random incident.

College Station Police will continue their investigation.
