The water service is scheduled to be off for an area in Killeen while city crews repair valves on June 23.
From 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. the following areas will be affected:
- 1002-1210 Charisse Street
- 3709-4314 Zephyr Road
- 1303-1507 and 4311 Martin Luthor King Jr. Boulevard
- 1300-1501 Hammond Drive
- 3702-4002 Peaks Drive
- 1300-1502 Gowen Drive
- 1301-1411 Flynn Street
After the valves are replaced, water lines will be flushed and bacteriological samples will be taken.
Residents in these areas should boil all water prior to consumption until the water sample results confirm there is no contamination.
