The Humane Society of Central Texas has waived all adoption fees for dogs for the second day in a row after the air conditioner broke, limiting the space the shelter has for animals.
The shelter will be 11 kennels short until the unit can be fixed next week.
The waived fee applies to approved applications on all Y/D/R kennels.
