The West Museum held it's first of a series of kolache cooking class on June 9.
Attendants learn to make authentic kolaches just as they did years ago in the Czech Republic.
The city of West is known for its kolaches.
"There are a lot of people that are interested and we would like to keep this tradition alive," said West Museum's Marcela Vaculik.
