Former La Vega standout and Oklahoma Sooner defensive back Parrish Cobb accepted a guilty plea on Monday to 18 years in prison for aggravated robbery.

According to the McLennan County’s Defense Attorney’s office, he pleaded guilty for holding up a Baylor student at gunpoint on Jan. 7, 2017.

Cobb was facing an aggravated robbery charge for an armed robbery that happened on campus outside the McLane Student Life Center, according to Waco Police Department Sgt. Patrick Swanton.

The Bellmead police also issued a warrant for his arrest after an armed robbery at a convenience store Jan. 10, 2017.

After being accused of three armed robberies, Cobb turned himself into police on Jan. 17, 2017.

Both robberies out of Waco and Bellmead were considered during the deposition in the 54th district court. Another robbery charge out of Oklahoma is still pending.
