Off-duty TX police officer charged with murder of his brother

HARRIS COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

A man killed by his brother has been identified as a Harris County Sheriff's Deputy, according to officials.

The deputy's brother, a police officer with the Stagecoach Police Department, shot and killed him inside a home on the 16000 block of Singletree on Friday, according to the Montgomery Sheriff's Office. The victim was identified as Rocky Lee, 57. 

The brother was later identified as Robert Lee. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert in connection to the murder. 

Rocky was a 26-year veteran of the Harris County Sheriff's Office. 

The investigation is ongoing.
