A 67-year-old man has been charged with invasive visual recording after he secretly recorded a sexual encounter with his wife, Woodway police said.
The woman told police after a sexual encounter with her husband, William Kenny Johnson, she noticed his iPhone lying in a way that the camera was pointed to where she was not clothed. She noticed it after the encounter.
According to the arrest affidavit, Johnson appeared to be surprised when she noticed the camera.
The woman said he admitted he did not ask her permission to film because he knew she would say no. Johnson told his wife he would delete the video, but she later found it on his phone again, the affidavit said.
Johnson was arrested and booked into the McLennan County Jail on May 24. His bond was set at $3,000.
