A man was charged with four counts of aggravated assault of a child after the child made an outcry at her school.
It was reported on March 21 when a female victim under 16-years-old made an outcry at her school.
The suspect, Thomas Rende is accused of having inappropriate contact with the girl. The assaults took place in West Waco apartments and there was a warrant out for Rende.
The sheriff’s office arrested Rende and was transported back to McLennan County after his arrest on May 15. He is still in jail, and bond is set for $50K per count.
