Baylor baseball sophomore pitcher Cody Bradford and junior designated hitter Richard Cunningham were named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Seven Team.

The duo’s recognition marks the first for Baylor since Logan Brown in 2015. Overall, Bradford and Cunningham are the program’s 40th and 41st selections and give BU multiple choices for the first time since 2013.

Bradford owns a 4.0 GPA as a management information systems major. The Aledo, Texas, native has a career-high six wins (6-5) and career-best 2.60 ERA through 12 starts, allowing 26 runs (24 earned) on 73 hits and 24 walks with a career-high 75 strikeouts in a career-high 83 innings while holding hitters to a career-low .239 batting average.

Cunningham graduated with a 3.83 GPA in finance and has a 3.89 GPA in graduate school in the business administration program. The Austin, Texas, native has career highs in average (.300), hits (64), homers (9), RBI (36) and steals (4) in 48 games.
