A 72-year-old man was arrested by Hewitt police after he was waving a gun at his neighbors.
Police said the incident happened in the 800 block of Pawnee Trail on Tuesday. No one was injured during the incident.
The man identified as Dennis Jesinsky was arrested quietly, police said. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
