The University High School soccer team is celebrating ten years of a mentorship program today.
Many students at University High are missing that adult role model in their lives.
The Soccer Buddy program gives them that brotherly or sisterly guidance.
Albert Campbell, a sophomore at University High School once looked up to a buddy and is now choosing to be a buddy for the next generation.
"A positive attitude, effort all of that and hopefully they can understand all they're learning outside on the field that we're teaching them and they can grow up and do the same," said Campbell.
The ten-year celebration of the mentor program runs from six until nine tonight at the University High soccer field.
Anyone can come and there will be games, food, and plenty of bouncy houses for the kids.
