Up to 180 jobs are coming to Killeen over the next three years.

The Killeen Economic Development Corporation (KEDC) approved of a job creation package with Solix, Inc. The company, which focuses on the protection of confidential information and administering state and federally funded programs, will expand their services to their downtown Killeen location and add new jobs to their existing location.

"I am excited that we were able to facilitate this agreement with Solix," said Killeen Mayor Jose Segarra. "They are clearly committed to continued investment in downtown Killeen, an area the city has worked tirelessly to redevelop."

The company currently operates at 402 E. Avenue D and will lease an additional building.
