Police have arrested a man accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Bellmead police said that the man, identified as Matthew Bryan Taylor, 25, and his brother had been arguing in the 300 block of Calvery Street on May 3.
Police said the two were arguing over their deceased father's belongings. That's when police say Taylor began to point a gun at his brother.
The pistol was located in Taylor's possession.
He was taken to the McLennan County Jail and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
