15 more cases dismissed in Twin Peaks shooting

On Thursday, the McLennan County District Attorney's Office dismissed 15 additional cases of bikers indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity in the Twin Peaks shootout.

Nine people died and dozens were injured in the shooting that happened outside the former Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17, 2015. 

Ronald Atterbury, Michael Baxley, Robert Bucy, John Craft, Dalton Davis, Nate Farish, Nathan Grindstaff, Laurence Kemp, Noble Mallard, Joseph Matthews, Dustin McCann, Doss Morphy, David Rasor, Jeffrey Veillon and John Wiley.

The case of biker Don Fowler, a biker arrested but never indicted will not be considered for prosecution. 

Some of these defendants had been scheduled to attend a status conference with 54th District Court Judge Matt Johnson at 1:30 p.m.
