LEON COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

Two men were arrested after a multi-county chase Monday.

The Leon County Sheriff's Office said that two men were seen loading four-wheelers onto a trailer at Normangee Tractor. Deputies tried to stop the vehicle at I-45 and OSR but the vehicle sped off.

The chase reached miles just over 100 mph and continued through Leon, Madison, Walker and Montgomery counties. The truck exited at FM 830 after ripping two tires on a spike strip. The men, identified as Diablo Barnes, 24, and Jonathan Henderson, 28, got out of the truck and fled across the highway and into the woods.

Both men were captured and returned to Leon County.

The four-wheelers and trailer were estimated close to $40,000.

Barnes and Henderson face theft of property, evading arrest and engaging in organized criminal activity.
