Man arrested for driving ATV drunk, woman injured

MCLENNAN COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

The Texas Department of Public Safety said they arrested a man Sunday morning for driving an ATV drunk which caused a woman to be injured after being ejected. 

DPS said the accident happened around 4:08 a.m. on FM 2311.

Troopers arrested 32-year-old Justin Neill of West. 

During the investigation, DPS said Neill was driving a Polaris ATV while intoxicated with a woman as a passenger. 

The woman was ejected from the ATV after Neill swerved, causing her to be seriously injured.

Neill is being charged with intoxication assault.
