The Lorena Fire Department is investigating a house fire that happened just before 3 p.m. on Monday in the 400 block of N. Houston St.
There were people home during the fire, but no one was injured. The roof was badly damaged in the fire.
Lorena was assisted by Hewitt and Robinson fire departments in putting out the fire. The fire took about one hour to get under control.
