A 26-year-old Waco man has been arrested by the Texas Attorney General's office on five counts of possession of lewd visual material depicting a child.
The Attorney General's office said Matthew Richard Hightower could face up to ten years in jail after the Child Exploitation Unit found the videos were shared from an IP address connected to his home.
During the investigation, lewd videos of children on a digital storage device and several devices were seized from Hightower's home.
Hightower was taken to McLennan County Jail.
