Former Texas A&M center Khaalia Hillsman signed a training camp contract with the WNBA’s Seattle Storm on Wednesday. The Storm’s pre-season begins on May 8.

Hillsman, who helped the Aggies to a 26-10 record and a trip to the Sweet 16 in the 2017-18 season, closed her Texas A&M career in the school’s top 10 for career points (9th, 1,472), rebounds (5th, 880), blocks (3rd, 149), field goals made (6th, 600), field goal percentage (1st, 59.3) and double doubles (2nd, 23). She earned Second Team All-SEC honors for the second consecutive year, and was named the team’s co-Miss Offense in 2018 after averaging 14.4 points and 7.7 rebounds.

Hillsman joins Kelsey Bone and Sydney Colson of Las Vegas, and Adaora Elonu of Atlanta, as Aggies in WNBA Training Camps for the 2018 season.
