The Bell County Sheriff's Office said a 77-year-old man who was reported missing on Thursday has been found in Texas City unharmed.
When he was reported missing, Herbert Justice, who goes by Scott, was last seen at his home on the 7800 block of Southerland Road in Moody. He is a white man with dark brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, gray golden aspen rally t-shirt, white gym shoes, blue Patriot Guard Cap, gray-hooded sweatshirt.
Justice had not taken his medication and has dementia.
He drives a 2000 Ford E 150 Conversion Van (Mark III) that is white in color with TX license plate #WD9DPR.
