Man arrested for pulling pants down in front of children as act of defiance

A 40-year-old man has been charged with a third-degree felony after he pulled his pants down when he was approached about stealing from a food store in Mart. 

Police said on April 14, Issac Milton was confronted by the owner of Read's Food Store when the owner witnessed him steal numerous packages of meat and shove them down his pants. When Milton was asked to return the stolen products, he pulled his pants down, exposing himself, and made a lewd gesture towards the owner "in an act of bold defiance," the arrest affidavit said. 

During the incident, Milton was standing directly next to his daughter, who said " Daddy, you're nasty. Pull your pants up!" 

Other witnesses included an off-duty officer, his wife and his 9-year-old daughter. 

Milton was arrested and charged with two counts of indecency with a child, exposure.
