Elon Musk sells out of his $500 flamethrowers

(RNN) – Well, that didn’t take long.

It only took Tesla founder Elon Musk five days to sell out of his $500 flamethrowers.

The 20,000 flamethrowers went on sale on Musk’s The Boring Company website over the weekend. The firm is his infrastructure and tunnel construction company.

The web page bills it as the “World's safest flamethrower!” and “Guaranteed to liven up any party!”

Every flamethrower comes with a free fire extinguisher.

Flame on, Elon.  Flame on.
