Firefighters put out an early-morning fire at an abandoned mobile home park in Harker Heights.

Crews with the Harker Heights and the Killeen Fire Departments were called to Woodlawn Mobile Rentals on North Roy Reynolds Drive just after 2 a.m. to reports of a fully-engulfed structure fire.

Firefighters used what they call a "basic surround and drown" approach and were able to get the fire out within an hour.

Officials on scene said the park is abandoned, and at least two of the trailers are considered total losses.

No one was hurt.

An investigation is underway to find out the cause of the fire.
