Bell County Sheriff's Department arrested ten people in a prostitution sting, including two former Killeen ISD teachers on Nov. 8.

The two former KISD teachers, Aaron Daub and Terrance Hockless resigned last week in lieu of termination as a result of their arrests. KISD officials said Daub was a teacher at the KISD Career Center and had been employed with the district since Jan. 2001. Daub also taught at Killeen High School, Harker Heights High School. Hockless was a first-year music teacher at Bellaire Elementary School.

Harker Heights Police Department and Travis County Sheriff's Office assisted in the sting. An undercover Bell County deputy sent undercover text messages to the suspects.

The arrests were made at a hotel in the Harker Heights area within five hours.  The hotel owners were aware of the sting operation.

One suspect got away after realizing the texts were coming from undercover cops when he pulled up and saw officers transporting another suspect.

All the suspects have been released on bond.

One of the men, Steven Yale, was also arrested in 1985 for distribution of narcotics and spent 32 years in prison. He was released in April 2017 from TDCJ on parole.
