Police arrest three people for possession of marijuana

The College Station Police Department said they arrested three people for possession of marijuana.

On Nov. 3 at around 7:40 a.m. police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1100 block of Westover St. The reporting person told police they saw a man sneaking around the exterior of the home.

When officers arrived they arrested two men and a woman identified as 20-year-old Charles Jason Parker III of Bryan,  21-year-old Jontae Webber of Bryan and 21-year-old Darius Jahree Richards of San Francisco. 

During the investigation, one of the men was found with large amounts of marijuana in the backpack he was wearing. 

Another large amount of marijuana was found in the car that the other man and woman had been sitting in. 

In all, approximately 2.05 pounds of marijuana was recovered.  

Parker III was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 4 oz > 5 lbs. and had a Brazos County warrant for possession of marijuana. 

Webber was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 4 oz > 5 lbs.

Richards was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 4 oz> 5lbs and had a Brazos County warrant for theft $50-$500.
