A person is dead after being hit by a truck while they were in the roadway.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said that Tin Le, 42, of Snyder, was killed after a truck traveling on U.S. 84 northwest of Goldthwaite hit him Tuesday night at 11:45 p.m.
DPS said that the driver of the truck, Robert Godeaux was not injured.
Le was pronounced dead at the scene. No charges are being filed.
