After McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna requested a recusal for the second Twin Peaks trial last week, a judge has appointed attorneys pro tem for the case against Matthew Clendennen.
Brian Roberts, Brian Benken and Feroz Merchant were appointed.
The case begins Nov. 6.
