A 25-year-old Waco man is in jail after assaulting a family member and exposing himself to women in the home.
Bellmead police said that Daniel Perez was arrested after an assault occurred on the 1000 block of LaClede. Police said that a 49-year-old man had visible injuries and had lost consciousness in the assault caused by Perez. The victim was Perez's stepfather.
Through the investigation, police found that Perez had also exposed his genitals to two women in the residence and made sexual comments and actions towards them.
Perez was booked into the McLennan County Jail for aggravated assault, family violence and two charges of indecent exposure.
