The College Station Police Department said they arrested a man for breaking into a home.
Police were called to the 300 block of Columbia Ct on Oct. 29 at around 4 a.m. in reference to an assault.
When police arrived they found that a man and woman had gotten into an argument about their relationship.
After investigating the scene, police determined that the man identified as 29-year-old Jonathan Gabriel Turner had forced entry into the woman's home with the intent to assault.
Turner was arrested for burglary of a habitation.
The case remains under investigation.
