The College Station Police Department arrested 22-year-old Traigh Liam Gonzales for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a 19-year-old was found dead in a parking lot.
Officers found 19-year-old Christopher Maurice Idlebird Jr. of College Station dead in an apartment complex parking lot Saturday night after responding to reports of shots fired.
College Station police said they went to The Flats on 12 Apartments at about 8:45 p.m and found Idlebird Jr. dead in the parking lot.
Police said that Gonzales met with the victim at the parking lot for a drug transaction when the victim was shot and killed.
