Number one ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor football is hosting unranked Belhaven University for homecoming Oct 21.

The Crusaders are atop both division three polls and are looking for their 22nd consecutive victory against the Blazers. UMHB is looking to flex its muscles defensively.

The purple and gold have scored more touchdowns on defense (five) than they've surrendered (four). Belhaven's offense is led by former Kentucky head coach Hal Mumme.

Mumme's innovation of the air raid offense revamped the passing game of every offense in football. The Blazers may be 1-5 overall, but last week they racked up more than 500 yards of offense against Southwestern University in their last game.

UMHB leads the all-time series 4-2 and will look to stretch the win total to five at 1:00 p.m. on Oct 21.
