The City of Moody has issued a water boil notice starting on Oct. 15 at 8 a.m.
Everyone in the City of the Moody will have to boil their water due to repairs being made on an eight-inch major water main located on Highway 107.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to consumption.
The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, the water system officials will notify you.
