A Waco attorney will be a part of a team of lawyers representing Paige Gasper, a woman who sustained life-threatening injuries during the Oct. 1 mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas.

Michelle Tuegel, from Waco, of Hunt & Tuegel, PLLC and Chad Pinkerton of The Pinkerton Law Firm, PLLC will be working with Nevada attorney Nathan Morris of Bighorn Law and Houston lawyer Mo Aziz of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto and Aziz in the lawsuit against multiple companies.

The attorneys have filed a lawsuit against MGM Resorts International, Mandalay Corp., Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., Slide Fire Solutions, LP and the estate of Stephen Paddock.

The lawsuit includes premises liability claims against MGM Resorts International and Mandalay Corp., international tort claims against the estate of Stephen Paddock and products liability claims against Slide Fire Solutions, the manufacturer of the bump stocks used in the shooting.

Gasper is a 21-year-old college student from Wheatland, Ca. One of the bullets entered her right underarm and went through her breast tissue, shattered her ribs, lacerated her liver and exited through her right side.
