The Corsicana Police Department said they arrested one man after he was caught with methamphetamine inside his car.
The Corsicana Police and Narcotics Detectives initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 1000 block of Navarro Dr. on Oct. 11, for a defective license plate light.
Detectives smelled a strong odor coming from the car. A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle and approximately 287 grams of methamphetamine was found.
Guillermo Santillan was arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 Over 200 grams Under 400 grams.
