A woman from San Antonio was struck and killed by a train when she was passed out on the tracks on Oct. 8.
The 23-year-old mother of two Sierra Barber was celebrating her boyfriend’s birthday at a nearby bar before she was killed around 5:30 a.m., according to the San Antonio Express-News.
Barber’s boyfriend, Isaac Perez, said due to her level of intoxication, he had to make sure she was able to sit up without falling backward around 2:30 a.m. Shortly after he got into a fight with someone and later woke up in the hospital, he told mySA.com
Perez said he was told by authorities that Barber had refused service when paramedics responded to the bar.
A GoFundMe page has been created for Barber’s service and burial.
