The Aggie’s top-ranked men’s golf team claimed the lead in Hartford, WI Monday. Texas A&M started the day in fourth place of 15 teams before shooting one under on the day and leaping into the top position.
Reese Ramsey shot even par to stay in the top 10 individually. The freshman sits in fifth place with another round to play. All-American Chandler Phillips shot two-under-par Monday to notch in at the 10th spot with senior Andrew Paysse.
Overall, the Aggies have 4 players scoring in the top 12 individually. The tournament ends Tuesday, Oct. 3, with the Aggies facing off with UCLA and Marquette in the final group.
