The Texas Department of Public Safety said one man is dead after an auto-pedestrian accident on I-35, Friday, night.
The crash occurred on I-35 southbound approximately 3 miles south of Salado on Sept. 29 at around 8:43 p.m.
A 2013 Honda passenger car and a 2010 Mercedes van were traveling southbound.
The Mercedes was behind the Honda. A pedestrian was walking in the roadway. Both the Honda and the Mercedes struck the pedestrian.
The drivers of both vehicles were not injured.
The pedestrian was an adult man, that was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the pedestrian is still unknown.
No charges have been filed.
