On the Sept. 25 edition of Central Texas Living, Ann Harder spoke with John Kinnaird a Waco Council Member and Dr. Matthew Polk, Executive Director of Prosper Waco about a program called Waco Power Switch.
The program was launched to give local residents the opportunity to group together to lower their electric bill and allow people to get a fair rate among electricity providers.
