I-35 to be closed in West and Temple

CENTRAL TEXAS (KXXV) -

The Texas Department of Transporation said I-35 will be closed Sunday morning.

From 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. all southbound lanes through West will be closed for a DPS crash investigation.

From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. two of three northbound mainlanes through West will be closed for the crash investigation. 

All traffic will detour to the access roads around the investigation site. 

In Temple on Monday, Sept. 25, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. both directions will be closed between S. Loop 363 and Nugent Ave., to set bridge beams. 

Traffic will detour to the access roads through the area. Loop 363 around Temple to the west will also be open for alternate routes.
