DPS Sergent D.L. Wilson said troopers arrested two men after a drug bust in Fairfield.
On Sept. 20, troopers made a traffic stop on a Lexus SUV on IH 45 NB near Fairfield for a traffic violation.
Troopers observed signs of criminal activity and a voluntary search with DPS, K-9 was allowed.
During the search, troopers found 10,570 grams of Methamphetamine that was in a concealed location.
The driver from Houston and passenger from California were arrested.
Both were charged with felony charges and booked into the Freestone County Jail.
The 23 lbs of meth have a street value of $2 million.
