A College Station man was arrested for drunk driving after crashing his car into Ozona’s Bar and Grill early Tuesday morning.
At about 12:27 a.m., a tan 2007 Dodge Nitro sped into the restaurant parking lot from Harvey Road. The car then jumped a curb and crashed onto the wooden deck and partially through the restaurant wall, police said.
The driver, 24-year-old Leonardo Lopez, tried to drive the car away from the scene but was unsuccessful.
Police conducted sobriety tests on Lopez and then arrested him for driving while intoxicated, his second offense.
No one was injured in this incident.
College Station police are still investigating.
